Where can I find the status of my order or the shipping date?
You can find the status of your order or the shipping date in the order details in your account. If you made a purchase without registering, look for a confirmation email with a link.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If the order has not yet been shipped, we can usually make changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number. Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, changes are usually no longer possible.
What does "in stock at supplier" mean?
The goods are not physically in our store, but are available from the supplier. Delivery may be delayed by several business days. We will be happy to confirm the exact shipping date upon request.
What should I do if I havent received a confirmation email?
Please check your Spam or Bulk folder. If you cannot find the email, it is possible that there was a typo in the address. Contact us with your name and the approximate time of your order.
I want to change my delivery addressis that possible?
If the order has not yet been shipped, we can often make the change. Send us the order number and the new address.

The size of the bike depends primarily on your height and the type of bike (MTB, road, cross). You will find a size chart for each product. If you are unsure, please send us your height and the type of bikewe will be happy to recommend a suitable size.
How can I check the compatibility of components (chain, cassette, derailleur)?
For proper compatibility, it is important to know the number of speeds and the manufacturer (e.g., Shimano, SRAM). If you are unsure, send us a photo or the exact model of the component.
How to address a question about a product (size, compatibility)?
Send a link to the product or code, and fill in the parameters (clothing size, dimensions, axis, cassette, etc.).
